Background

Background | Yokohama Mental Health

As a professional mental health counselor with a master's degree in applied counseling psychology, my current primary role is as a member of the faculty at Yokohama International School. Through one-on-one and group counseling sessions, parenting workshops, and wellness education, my focus is to empower individuals and families with the necessary tools for personal growth and resilience.

With prior experience in adventure-based counseling, train-the-trainer programming, and organizational development within the experiential education field, I bring a holistic and dynamic approach to my counseling practice, fostering meaningful and transformative journeys for those I work with.
