As a professional mental health counselor with a master's degree in applied counseling psychology, my current primary role is as a member of the faculty at Yokohama International School. Through one-on-one and group counseling sessions, parenting workshops, and wellness education, my focus is to empower individuals and families with the necessary tools for personal growth and resilience.
