Once we begin, you'll also have access to a password-protected personal mental health log that enables you to easily access resources, prompts, tasks, and other crucial elements to engage with your progress and recovery.

The process is designed so you can acquire the practical skills to navigate life’s challenges and sustain your well-being independently. The aim is to efficiently equip you to thrive on your own terms and not require long-term therapy.

  • Integrated Counseling Approach: Utilizes a dynamic and personalized blend of multiple therapeutic methods, carefully designed through a mix of activities, exercises, and reflections, to help address unique challenges effectively.
  • Holistic Care Coordination: Offers comprehensive guidance that can include counseling and medical/psycho-pharmaceutical support as needed, addressing a gap in services in Japan for complete mental health care coordination.
  • Palliative Care Counseling: Provides specialized Palliative Care counseling, supporting individuals nearing the end of life and their families, ensuring compassionate guidance and emotional support during critical life transitions.

Specializing in a wide range of concerns for adolescents, adults, and families, including Anger Management, Anxiety, Crisis Intervention, Depression, LGBTQIA+ Affirming Counseling, Palliative/End of Life Care, Grief and Loss, Stress Management, Self-Harm and Suicide Prevention, Technology Balance, and Wellness Promotion.
